Dr. Randy Mow, DDS, FICOI, FAGD

Dr. Randy Mow was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and began his dental journey at Creighton University. After just three years of undergraduate studies, he was accepted into dental school as the youngest student in his class, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1988. With over 36 years of experience, Dr. Mow is knowledgeable in comprehensive reconstructive dentistry and is passionate about providing personalized care to help patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.
In 1996, Dr. Mow founded Mountain Park Dentistry in Ahwatukee, Arizona, after working as an associate for seven years. His commitment to advancing dental care is demonstrated through numerous achievements, including completing advanced education in implantology from the University of Texas, San Antonio in 1997. That same year, he earned a Fellowship Award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, followed by a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2005.
Dr. Mow has always been at the forefront of dental technology, being one of the first 17 doctors in Arizona to incorporate CAD/CAM dentistry into his practice in 2002. In 2015, he incorporated the use of PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) into his practice to dramatically decrease swelling and discomfort following any surgical treatment. He further expanded his expertise by receiving a certification in Laser Assisted New Attachment Protocol (LANAP) in 2017, along with training in the administration of Botox. In 2021, Dr. Mow joined Vivos to provide treatment for obstructive sleep apnea, reflecting his dedication to improving overall patient health.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Mow has been an active CDOCS mentor and has devoted over a decade to volunteering with the Arizona Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a Smile, and veterans’ dental care programs, providing free services to those in need.
Dr. Mow enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a special focus on facial aesthetics, oral surgery, neuromuscular, and reconstructive dentistry. When not in the office, he enjoys snow skiing and traveling.
Kami
Kami joined our team as a registered dental hygienist in June of 2001. Dedicated to achieving optimal oral health, Kami brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our office. With over 23 years of experience, she delivers compassionate care with a commitment to excellence with every patient interaction. Kami, who is originally from Iowa, received her dental hygiene degree from Iowa Western Community College, affiliated with Creighton University. She actively pursues professional development opportunities, attending conferences and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene. She loves getting to know her patients and values building long lasting relationships with them. She holds certifications in CPR, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and diode lasers. Kami and her husband have three boys. Outside of the office you will likely find her at the ice rink where her youngest son plays travel hockey.
Melissa
As a passionate advocate for oral health and a committed dental professional, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge with her 28 years of experience in the field of dental hygiene. She is genuinely interested in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral well-being. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University, holds a license in Arizona and California, and is laser and local anesthesia certified, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care. Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, Melissa is committed to making each patient’s dental visit a positive and educational experience in a comfortable environment for patients of all ages. She takes the time to educate patients about the importance of oral health and collaborates with them to create personalized home care plans that promote long-term wellness.
Eden
Eden Phipps is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with specialized certification in laser dentistry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology-Counseling, Eden brings a compassionate and insightful approach to patient care, genuinely valuing the relationships she builds with her patients. Her enthusiasm for her work is evident in her commitment to providing exceptional dental hygiene services.
Outside of her professional life, Eden treasures spending quality time with her two children and her supportive husband, finding joy and balance in her family life. Her blend of professional expertise and personal warmth makes her a valued member of our team.
Alisa
Alisa is a compassionate individual with a passion for helping others, especially the elderly. With a degree in education, she worked as a grade school teacher before joining Mountain Park Dentistry. Alisa manages instrument sterilization, preparing and sanitizing the operatories, assists the doctors, and fills in where needed. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and watching movies.
Heidi
Heidi is a highly skilled and dedicated Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certified dental assistant with over 13 years of professional experience in the field of dentistry. A graduate of Phoenix College in 2010, Heidi has continually enhanced their expertise through various certifications, including American Dental Implant Association (ADIA) certifications and phlebotomy certification. With a strong bilingual background as a Latina, Heidi effectively communicates with a diverse range of patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and compassionate care. Their extensive experience includes a specialization in oral surgery, where Heidi has demonstrated a commitment to providing top-notch care and support to patients throughout their treatment journeys. Outside the professional realm, Heidi finds joy in spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of nature, and cherishing moments with family. This balance of professional dedication and personal fulfillment drives Heidi to continuously strive for excellence in the dental field while maintaining a fulfilling and well-rounded life.

Collette
Collette is a Native of Arizona and grew up in the small town of Chandler Heights AZ. Her dental career has spanned over 4 decades, initially as a Dental Assistant and then front office management. She has helped dental offices in over a dozen states as a certified trainer and seminar instructor with our practice management software.
Collette enjoys time with her family, friends and cats!

With three decades of dedicated experience in the dental field, Alison is a seasoned Front Office Administrator known for her exceptional skills in treatment planning, insurance management, and fostering strong patient relationships. Currently serving at a leading dental office, Alison leverages her extensive background to ensure patients are well-informed about their treatment options, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs. Her commitment is centered around providing clarity and support to help patients receive the care they need and deserve.
A proud native of Arizona, Alison has deep roots in the community and enjoys an active lifestyle with her children and grandchildren. Outside of work, she finds joy in outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, kayaking, and swimming, reflecting her vibrant and energetic approach to both her professional and personal life.

Joanie Keller has over 30 years of experience in the dental field and currently works as a front office coordinator at Dr. Mow’s office, where she has been for 2 years. Alongside her career, Joanie dedicated more than 15 years to caring for her mother. She is passionate about helping others in all areas of life and treasures the time spent with her grandkids and family. Joanie loves to travel, watch movies, and anything by the ocean. Her true passion lies in connecting with people of all ages, always eager to hear about their unique journeys.
